RMCR Strategic Planning Session 2
Year End Fundraising Sprint Workshop: Small Changes That Yield Large Returns
Objective: Incremental and achievable fine tuning of your year-end giving campaign and learn the strategies of your peers.
Thursday Nov. 6th
10.45 AM - 12:15PM (90 minutes)
(ED/GMs, DEVO, MAR/COMM)
PRESENTER: Bill Sundahl: Z&W Unlimited, For Purpose Consulting
Overview
This interactive working session is designed for community radio professionals who already run year-end giving campaigns and are ready to refine them. Participants will use structured worksheets (digital or printed) to identify and implement seven small changes that can significantly improve donor engagement and results. The session begins with a brief overview of regional best practices before moving into hands-on work with prompts for each area.
Why This Matters
Community radio thrives on relationships, not transactions. These small refinements will help stations strengthen donor trust, increase campaign efficiency, and boost long-term sustainability across the RMCR network.
